The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, in general, is helpful, especially at the restaurant, where they were exceptional, there was even one lady that remembered when we arrived, asked polite questions and in general was very attentive, I am really sorry for not writing her name to thank her individually. also, at the bar where we asked for our complimentary drinks, the satff was very attentive. Rooms are large enough and clean, and the hotel, in general is very good.

I traveled alone to study Spanish at the Lima Spanish School directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel was also five minutes from the Pacific Ocean and across the street from a full access gym. The staff took care of me. They watched out for me like family, treated me like a queen, helped me practice my Spanish and even helped with my homework. More than anything, the staff was amazing. I loved the staff there, especially Luis, Diego, Yomer, Angelica, Antonio.. and Taxi Driver Willie. Oh, did I mention it's centrally located and very safe to walk at night even as a woman walking along!

Reception staff (Fernanda) understood my need, I traveled international over night and I arrive to the hotel earlier, I know that the check in was at 3 p.m. but she was able to put me in a room quickly which I appreciate a lot since I was so tired. The bellboy help me with the luggage and directions, restaurants staff help with my diet concerns, cleaning people very nice, they ask me when was the best time to clean my room. I am really happy with this hotel. I will return.

A standard buffet breakfast. On Sunday, peruvian chicharrones was added and was very good.

Great location. Diego at reception was VERY helpful and provided an excellent dinner recommendation. We left early but the staff packed breakfast for us to take - the vegetarian option was delicious.

Very professional and kind stuff. They helped me very fast anytime I asked them. I left my luggage there for 4 days while i was in huaraz, they didn't charge me for that. When I came to take my luggage they suggested me water and tea, that was super kind. The room is very clean, spacious bed.

One of the best Hotels. I will highly recommend. All the staff are so friendly also the hotel manager Ms.Nancy she is unbelievable whit her help. I will definitely came back here soon. The breakfast is amazing every day they have different food and the kitchen staff are Amazing. The kitchen manager is so helpful. Great job Crown Plaza Hotel you guys are AMAZING.

We stay there with a family of 5 persons (3 children). We really enjoy how convenience of location. It is so easy to walk to many nice shops and restaurants, also the beach. Staff Sebastian and Jomer always try to help when we need.They provide a lot of help and information to make our stay more comfortable and fun. We definitely love to visit Lima again and stay in Crown Plaza with such great experience.

The Crown Plaza was a great start to our vacation. After traveling all day, they were super helpful with the luggage and the check-in process was easy. They even offered to take the bags up to our room for us. The next morning our tour bus picked us up at 4 am where we had to have the security guard help unlock the door. He even stood out there with us while we waited for our bus to pick us up. The concierge was fantastic. He booked us multiple taxis as we traveled around town and even helped get taxis scheduled for when we arrived in Cusco.... would highly recommend them solely for the concierage. The room was nice and on the fifth floor. The food in their restaurant was great too and not expensive. We enjoyed it after flying all day. We wish we got to stay longer to really explore more of the hotel.
