Good location near restaurants, banks, coffee shops, grocery store etc. very good and friendly staff. Several doorman to watch entrance lobby, a d restaurant area. They assisted with luggage upon arrival. Easy check in. Well organized . Concierge helpful with information and directions of area. Complimentary drinks provided. Very good breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of hot/cold food and beverages with lots of seating. Willing and able to accommodate for food allergy. Staff kept everything clean and refreshed Secure elevator that required room cards to use Clean and spacious room (#1103) with contemporary decor. Ac and or heat available on demand with central thermostat Large screen T.V. with many channels and streaming options Quiet and comfortable Maid service was respectful to our requests to clean or not to clean. They kept everything well stocked.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff, in general, is helpful, especially at the restaurant, where they were exceptional, there was even one lady that remembered when we arrived, asked polite questions and in general was very attentive, I am really sorry for not writing her name to thank her individually. also, at the bar where we asked for our complimentary drinks, the satff was very attentive. Rooms are large enough and clean, and the hotel, in general is very good.

Reception staff (Fernanda) understood my need, I traveled international over night and I arrive to the hotel earlier, I know that the check in was at 3 p.m. but she was able to put me in a room quickly which I appreciate a lot since I was so tired. The bellboy help me with the luggage and directions, restaurants staff help with my diet concerns, cleaning people very nice, they ask me when was the best time to clean my room. I am really happy with this hotel. I will return.

I traveled alone to study Spanish at the Lima Spanish School directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel was also five minutes from the Pacific Ocean and across the street from a full access gym. The staff took care of me. They watched out for me like family, treated me like a queen, helped me practice my Spanish and even helped with my homework. More than anything, the staff was amazing. I loved the staff there, especially Luis, Diego, Yomer, Angelica, Antonio.. and Taxi Driver Willie. Oh, did I mention it's centrally located and very safe to walk at night even as a woman walking along!

A standard buffet breakfast. On Sunday, peruvian chicharrones was added and was very good.

The staff was great. Josslyn was very friendly in coordinating the reservation and facilitating an early check-in. Luis told me about Peruvian cuisine and helped me practice Spanish. Lucía was very friendly at check out and told me a lot about Peruvian culture. The breakfast was quite nice as well.

Room was large with large windows. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big too, with both a bath and a shower. Staff were helpful and always available. Location great - 10 min walk to Kennedy and a lot of bars and restaurants in the area.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is great. You can walk to the coastline.
